Introduce function that allows borrowers to accept liquidation bids on their asset. Allows an exit point for borrower (currently not available on other platforms), when they cant re-pay debt. Would also create a market place for ppl to bid for nft's that may get accepted regardless of whether the borrower reaches liquidation.
